OMG it's been 2 WEEKS!

Oh my gosh, i seriously cannot believe i haven't blogged in 2 weeks! I've been meaning to blog everyday, but have just forgotten!

A couple of things have changed since I last blogged... first of all, I'm now 16! I shared a birthday with the amazing, Hilary Duff, on the 28th of September, and really had a great day chilling with my friends, and then celebrating the Jewish new year with my family that night.

This is going to sound funny, as I'm Jewish, but I'm so ridiculously excited for 'Under The Mistletoe', Justin Bieber's original Christmas album, coming out on November 1st. We haven't had new material from JB since 'Born to be Somebody' (with the exception of is incredible cover of Lil Wayne's 'How to Love'), and the album is going to be full with completely original tracks!

I'm also still very excited for Taylor Swift's first fragrance, 'Wonderstruck', but I'm kinda confused, because originally it was said it would be released in October, worldwide, but it seems as if things have changed... :/

Making news today was the massive GASP scandal, which really infuriates me. I always walk into gasp stores to admire my future Sherri Hill formal/prom dresses, but it seems as though i will no longer be buying from them... here's a couple of links to the whole story.

I'm pretty sure I had some other stuff to say, but I've gone completely blank....

Oh yeah! I remember, first of all, I got myself REAL feather hair extensions as a birthday present to myself (so thoughtful, aren't I? haha), and I wanted to let UK Directioners know that I'm pretty sure tickets to their tour go on sale this week... if only I lived in the UK.... :(

I have a lot of reasoning behind my complete jibber-jabber.
1. JESSIE J IS TOURING AUSTRALIA IN 2012
2. I was so close to winning tickets yesterday.... but I lost.

Here's the full story:
I was on my way to school yesterday, in the car, and the Fox FM host, Tim Lee, announced a competition. He said, "If you can guess which female celebrity's Australian Tour we are announcing today, we will give you the first ever tickets".
Because concerts and celebs are my area of speciality in life, I KNEW it was Jessie J!
So of course, it was the only day I left my phone at home, so I called and called and called on my mum's (who's also a big Jessie J fan), and wasn't able to get through as the line was always busy (deja vu, circa trying to win Usher tickets last year). I kept calling and calling and calling, while listening to the radio where people who got through were guessing people like Katy Perry (toured in April), Rihanna (toured in March), Beyonce (pregnant) and Taylor Swift (already announced to be touring in March, tickets on sale), and were ALL getting it wrong! (Duuh, coz its Jessie J...)
So as I got to school, I sprinted (all you could see was a blur of red hair and feathers) from the car into school, to my friends, and borrowed their phones (thanks again!) and kept on calling. I had some friends listening to a radio, and others calling, as well as myself, but the line was constantly blocked. I was so. so. so. frustrated.
Finally, one minute before the radio show entered, someone who wasn't so fond of Jessie J got through, and guessed it right. I collapsed on the floor in my homeroom class, and everyone knew what had happened. Aaaah this always happens to me!!!!


Anyway, to the point, Jessie is coming down under, and her tour dates are:
Thursday 01st March-- Brisbane, The Riverstage
Monday 05th March-- Perth, Challenge Stadium
Wednesday 07th March-- Melbourne, Festival Hall

All tickets are about $80, which is extremely reasonable for a headlining tour!


Hopefully I will be able to go... I'm working all weekend to save up!

TGIF: Counting down to term break

Hey guys!

ONLY 1 WEEK until term break!!!!!!! Holidays!! 2 weeks... schooless. Cannot wait. While the year has gone really, REALLY fast, I am so sick of school. Today dragged on and on and on (no thanks to that maths test (blech). I totally understand Rebecca Black and Katy Perry right now. Can't wait.
Spring holidays mean nice weather, flowers, shorts, tees, flowy dresses, friends.... no school. Did I mention I'm excited?

The small One Direction 'infectees' of Australia are currently going insane with news revealed that 1D may be coming to Australia 'soon'. I actually can't wait. It's the BEST news :)
I guess only time will tell.....

Justin Bieber to star on Gossip Girl???

Lily Van Der Woodsen, aka, Kelly Rutherford has officially invited Justin Bieber to appear on her hit television show Gossip Girl!

Kelly brought her son, Hermes, to Dolce & Gabbana's Fashion's Night Out in the Big Apple last Thursday night, so he could get a quick pic with the Biebs, there she told Star magazine,

  “It would be great to have Justin on the show, it would be so much fun, we’d love to have him. I think he should perform. I think if he performed on the show it would be great. But I’m sure he’s a great actor too so obviously whatever he wanted!”

I'm hoping JB takes up this offer!!! Could it get any better?

Bella Thorne's Heels - too high for 13

I'm not dissing Bella at all - I think she is very talented and successful, but I saw some pics of her arriving a LAX, on Just Jared Jr, and was pretty WOW-ed by the size of her heels. It's hard to believe she's 13 - I'm almost 16 and have just started to wear heels. I look at the pictures and see a 15 year old, not a 13 year old. It's kinda messed-up!

Oh-My-Gosh Heels

I spend most of my time on a computer either 'stalking' (thats so not the right word, but I'll use it anyway) celebs or window shopping online. I was just doing so, and came across these heels from Sportsgirl:

So they're a little bit pricey, and super high, but I think they are SO stunning. Imagine walking around in a flowy dress, sun shining, birds singing, with these shoes. Oh, and don't forget the butterflies flying around in the crisp spring/summer air.

I love the link to this upcoming summer's espadrille trend, plus the link of last summer's trend, animal print, and then the classic and timeless ankle strap and cross straps.

If only I wasn't so tall and could actually walk in them...

Kerri's Krafts: Feather Hair Extensions

Hey guys!

I'm currently laughing about how cheesy I am, by spelling crafts with a K. I didn't even think about it! It was automatic :P haha

Anyway, I have been OB. SESSED with feather hair extensions since about the start of June - when celebs started sporting them, but regular folks didn't really know about them. Since then, I have been infatuated (word of the day) with them, and have been dying to get them.

Sadly, there is no one in my pretty much CITY who does them, so I have had to hold on until I could find someone who did. Well I got pretty bored and frustrated with my waiting, and then even MORE frustrated when I went shopping a couple of weeks ago to see fake/clip-in feather hair extensions on sale, and becoming a trend. They were supposed to be my thing! Haha :P

So I was going to buy one, but they were all $20+ each - pretty pricey for what it is, also considering that I spent my last dime on my Taylor Swift ticket (which, btw, arrived in the mail the other day! eeeep! so excited!). Being the creative, crafty, hands-on person I am, I decided to stuff the over-priced extensions in the store, and made my own! It literally took 5 minutes to make each one, and I paid a total of $20 for an insanely large collection of feathers (what can I say, I love feathers!?), leather cord and beads, to last me over 10 extensions. (Well, except for the cord. I'll need more of that!).

I cut the cord to length, according to the length of my hair, and how long I wanted the extension to be. I then thread it through a snap clip, and hot glued it on. Then, I thread on one bead to where I wanted it, hot glued it into place, put a couple of feathers into the remaining gap of the bead, and strategically glued it into place. Repeat the bead/feather process depending on how many feather clusters you want, and how far apart from each other you would like them. 

I wore two to school today and got a heap of compliments and even some orders!

Shuffle mix up... Michael Jackson or Chris Brown?

The weirdest thing happened to me while I was listening to my iPod! So it was on shuffle, and the first song playing was the incredible, She Ain't You, by Chris Brown! So I was just gazing out of the car window, imagining my life as a music video, listening to it, and then the song ended and changed to what I thought was the same song. I looked at my iPod, to check that I hadn't set it to replay, but it turns out, it HAD changed song, and it was Human Nature by the one, the only, Michael Jackson. It's literally uncanny. My mind was blown.... Check the songs out below and tell me what you think!

Taylor's Wonderstruck Poster revealed!

I dare Taylor Swift to get any more stunning!

The official poster for Taylor Swift's upcoming perfume was released today, and it is everything I expected it to be. Pretty, girly, romantic, fun and magical!
The scent is supposed to be released (I'm hoping worldwide) in October, and I seriously CANNOT wait to get my hands on it!
I bet it smells enchanting! (See what I did there? :P)
